I have read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions set forth in the Attorney Participation Agreement:	In signing up to become a participating attorney, I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. FREE CASE REVIEWS: The participating attorney agrees to promptly provide free case reviews by e-mail or telephone to website visitors upon receiving a request for such a review. The associated communications shall be maintained between the website visitor requesting the free case review and the participating attorney. The participating attorney agrees not to charge for the free case review or the communications directly related to such review. Any subsequent charges or fees for legal services shall be between participating attorney and website visitor seeking such services. 2. LICENSING: The participating attorney represents and warrants that he/she is fully and duly licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) for which he/she signs up. In the event the participating attorney's license status changes, and he/she is no longer licensed to practice law in a jurisdiction for which he/she has signed up, the participating attorney will promptly notify Counsel Direct, Inc. and will not undertake any free case reviews related to such jurisdiction. 3. NOT A REFERRAL SERVICE: It is expressly understood by the participating attorney that neither Counsel Direct, Inc. nor www.freecasereview.com are a lawyer referral service, and absolutely no portion of any legal fees are to be paid to Counsel Direct, Inc. or www.freecasereview.com. 4. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: Counsel Direct, Inc. reserves, and is granted by participating attorney the exclusive right to modify the website content, listing terms, privacy policy, terms of participation or terms of use of this website at any time. Counsel Direct, Inc. also reserves the right to refuse any attorney the opportunity to serve, or the opportunity to continue to serve, as a participating attorney, with or without cause. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: It is expressly understood that any and all content of this website, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, articles, etc. are the exclusive property of Counsel Direct, Inc. All rights in such content are reserved. 6. CHOICE OF LAW/VENUE: Any and all disputes which may arise out of this agreement, the rights and obligations of Counsel Direct, Inc. as they relate to a participating attorney, and the right's and obligations of a participating attorney as they relate to Counsel Direct, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Furthermore, the exclusive venue for any and all disputes which may arise out of this agreement, the rights and obligations of Counsel Direct, Inc. as they relate to a participating attorney, and the right's and obligations of a participating attorney as they relate to Counsel Direct, Inc. shall be state district court in Bexar County, Texas. 7. ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: Participating attorney agrees to be charged $99.00 per month to a designated credit card by Counsel Direct, Inc. for each month participating attorney chooses to serve as a participating attorney. Participating attorney may terminate his/her participation at any time, upon 30 days written notice faxed to: Counsel Direct, Inc. at (210) 690-2885.
