What
is required of a participating attorney?
As a
participating attorney, you must be licensed to practice personal injury
law in the city (jurisdiction) for which you are signing up. You
will be the exclusive personal injury attorney to receive all
requests for case evaluations submitted to this website from your
area. The submissions will be e-mailed (or faxed if you prefer)
directly to your office. You must simply review the information
provided, contact the person requesting the free case review, and provide
them with the feedback concerning their case that you deem appropriate,
without charge. (This does not mean, however, that you cannot charge fees
if you are subsequently hired by the person for whom you provided the free
case review.)
What
is in it for you?
First and
foremost, with each
free case review you provide, you can help individuals who have suffered debilitating
injuries find answers to legal questions. In doing so, you have the opportunity to
demonstrate your services to a potential injury client with a present need for legal
services! As a participating attorney, you will be the exclusive
personal injury attorney to receive all requests for case
evaluations submitted via this website from your area. Unlike other
internet lawyer directories, we are only accepting one participating
attorney in any city, thus maximizing the potential case reviews to our
participants.
What does it cost? Our
administrative fee is just
$99
per month, per city. This small cost to render a valuable
service to the public may represent the most cost-effective
means of marketing available to a personal injury attorney! For your
convenience, this amount will be
automatically billed to your credit card each month. You may cancel
your participation at any time, without any further obligation. We
are not a lawyer referral service, and we do not receive any portion of
any fees you may derive as a result of your participation with us.
Do you already have a
participating attorney for my city? Click

attorneys. If your city is not on the list, then we are looking for
a sponsor for that city. Please do not delay in signing up, however,
as we accept participating sponsors on a first come - first serve basis.
Can I sign up for more
than one city? Certainly, as
long as you are licensed to practice law in that area.
